artgonsalves35 Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 hit the gym, exercise, pagudin mu sarili mu pra sa gabi, diretso tulog. d mu na maiisip problema moI agree, Depress din ako, pero natutunan ko early morning pa lang, warm up ko paglinis ng bahay, pag pinawisan na ako ng konti, lakad papuntang gym, then gym, all in all mga 2 hours of activity in the morning, pero sa gym 30minutes lang, the whole day energetic ako sa work, then pag uwian na, nauubos na energy ko, then madali na lang makatulog. Pero kung hindi mo nagamit energy mo within the day, hirap ka makatulog niyan, then the next morning feeling depressed ka, sleep is important sa mga depress/anxious. 1 Quote Link to comment
