how do you change your name and how do i get rewards points?

You can change your name by visiting the Godfather. One of the options is to change your name which will cost you 15 GF points.

For skill/profile points naman, every time you complete a job and achievement as well as everytime your game level increases.

I'd put in my inputs as well.

1. yeap. you have to protect them - in order to lessen the damage when you are being robbed. But I didn't go for the mega-casinos and the 5-star hotels when I was just starting and couldn't protect them yet (my mafia < 50). Eg. if you're at lvl 36 and you only have 12 mafias, I wouldn't suggest that you buy those properties. bec. you're always at a disadvantage and you'd always get robbed. they could always send a maximum of 36 mafiosos (max mafia members to participate in robbing = level your currently at) against your 12. So, paying for protection would be utterly useless. you'd spend more for repairs.

2. I'd also suggest that you invest in your energy to do more jobs, get more money, get them collections, and of course to level up faster (but dont forget your defense to protect yourself from attacks). Mali ko to dati - I put some points in health, attack, and stamina ontop of my defense. Ngayon lang ako nag-iinvest sa energy. But it really depends on your style of play. If you want to do fights, then go for attack, defense and stamina. So, its up to you :goatee:

edit: @Terranboy - just added you up in fb
