Gym sa umaga then work then sa gabe run naman.. Di ko pa nakakaya ituloy araw araw dahil mahirap pala at masakit, di pa malakas katawan ko..

 

However what I highly suggest, one hour or before exercising, bath with cold water. It elevates your energy level to do more and become even betterthan yesterday
