sanchezZZZzz Posted May 27, 2018 Share Posted May 27, 2018 Gym sa umaga then work then sa gabe run naman.. Di ko pa nakakaya ituloy araw araw dahil mahirap pala at masakit, di pa malakas katawan ko.. However what I highly suggest, one hour or before exercising, bath with cold water. It elevates your energy level to do more and become even betterthan yesterday Quote Link to comment
