ryujin6190
It depends on your lifestyle. In my case, I workout in the morning, since I work at night & need to sleep after lunch time. Quote Link to comment
juan96m
i suggest 12 midnight, with your partner and do all the positions Quote Link to comment
temurlenk
Depends on your schedule. I prefer mornings before work because I only have 1 hr lunch-breaks which won't do, and I usually work overtime so it's too late for me to workout at night. Quote Link to comment
adelro
How many times a week is enough for working out? Quote Link to comment
Mango Man
How many times a week is enough for working out? i think it depends on how much time you have and what your goals are. If it's just to have a workout to sweat / good health, 2 - 3 X a week is generally okay. If it's to prepare for an event (marathon, wedding, etc.), or to lose weight in a short period, i guess more Quote Link to comment

daredevil67011
Early morning works best for me. When the gym isn't crowded and you still have all the energy you need. Quote Link to comment

Moneymaker69
As Olympus said it really depends on you and whenever you think your energy level is ideal to working out. Personally I prefer to train in the evenings after all the officework is done. For me mas masarap kasi magworkout ng wala ka ng iintindihin pagkatapos kundi yung pag-uwi mo na lang at kung anung kakainin mo pagdating mo sa bahay. It allows me to give all my energy to the workout and push myself as hard as i can. May mga tao din namang mas gusto magworkout muna bago pumasok sa office dahil nakakaenergize naman or nakakareferesh magpapawis for them before the office day begins. This does not apply to me though. I think I'd be too 'tired' or too 'sleepy' to work after a session in the gym. Quote Link to comment
