MarkyMarco
If you want to workout so u can sleep better, then do it at night. If u want to start your day early and with a boost of energy then do it in the morning. There isnt much of a difference! If your goal is to cut weight or gain muscle then whats important is your caloric intake at the end of the day. Quote Link to comment

cheateddaddy
workout in the morning sets a good tone for the rest of the day, kahit light lang running in the evening will give you a good night's sleep, opportunity din to reflect on what you have accomplished for the day Quote Link to comment

zeke_13
Really depends on you. I usually go to the gym after work. Tried doing it before work pero inaantok ako after ng workout which is a no-no dahil papasok pa ko office. Quote Link to comment
Cool Fool
There isn't a definite best time. It depends on factors like schedule, muscle recovery and personal preference. Quote Link to comment
