As of nov. 2021 stated, validity of ltopf is 5 yrs and the ptc is 2 yrs.  I'll ask my friend in feo. Not my ex  someone fyi hehe. Ill ask my mentor then about it.

@Billy Hope- Note the article you are quoting; "House OK's Bill...."

This means that this is just the House version of a Bill. There is a Senate Bill that is similar and has already been passed, so this bill does not need to be further deliberated by the Senate. Both House and Senate Committees, however, need to meet and finalize/incorporate both bills into a single Bill. From there, the Bill will then be sent to the President for his signature. Only after the President signs the Bill does it become Law. We are still not there....
