Marereject sa FEO website yung transfer  if the FA registration is expired. It will also alert the IT section na expired na, and they will contact the local PNP district para bisitahin yung owner.

Renew the registration first before transferring it, otherwise ma-Oplan Katok si seller and the FA will be confiscated. Kaso inabutan na kayo nung new fees for 5 or 10 year registration.

Thank you po sa reply.... sabihan ko nalang ung owner to register the FA and at the same time gawin ko na dn muna siguro ung mga mandatories ni PNP lalo na ung seminar for owning a FA.... any quotation din po on how much na ung bagong registration fee? Thanks sir!

Yes, dapat talaga mauna yung LTOPF, you cant transfer the FA without it. Matagal din maprocess yan, yung gun safety seminar 3-7 days bago makuha yung certificate. 
 

New fees below, not sure kung implemented na. Yung PTC alam ko hindi pa, 6.2k pa din pag sariling lakad.

May additional requirement na ngayon, Affidavit of Undertaking, which also has to be notarized.

Try calling armscor if they have long distance range here or they may have affiliates with the PNP or AFP. I only saw those long ranges in the US but here haven’t seen yet.
