jedimaster
My two main men in Grizzlies -- Darrell and Greivis -- are really making my team Finals Caliber. With Pierce, Garnett, Allen not missing shots and Rondo and Shaq being major contributors, Celtics could not shake off my team last night during regulation with score tied at the end. Grizzlies lost steam in overtime but overall i like the unheralded talent and chemistry of this team. If they can hit at same stride with a powerhouse Celtics hitting on all cylinders, then Grizzlies can compete and beat any team. Go Grizzlies! and Go Grizz Girls ! @alpardpba, Tony Allen is a nice addition to the Grizz. He does bring defense, hustle and midrange game. Rudy Gay is soft and is not worth the dough. I'd rather have Antawn Jamison. My two main men in Grizzlies -- Darrell and Greivis -- are really making my team Finals Caliber. jedimaster
Vasquez adds some bounce to Memphis Grizzlies Yes, he smiled. Greivis Vasquez smiled. He was the last one out of the shower, the last one to face the media, and what exactly did you expect? He hadn't played meaningful minutes since college. You wanted him to look forlorn because of the final score? "It felt great," he said, before catching himself. "But it didn't matter because we didn't win." Which is nonsense, of course. It mattered. Greivis Vasquez mattered. He changed the feel of the game from the moment he came bounding off the bench.
