jelly bean Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 (edited) no. unless they are still in school, which i would recommend that they focus on being the best that they can be and get to know themselves better. then find life, things that they are passionate about. find their match, after. or they'd probably just bumped into that person 😅  otherwise, i guess the question should be whether that person has the time or will give time for love.
