Since Jongkers appointed me as the commissioner of this league, let it be known that league membership will be at a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 14. Ergo, it does not have to be 14. Being in the list will not automatically entitle one to a slot. Being active in the fantasy threads, having a decent/active fantasy profile and not being an alternick will be prime considerations in becoming a member of this league.
