You get to keep your rookies and even add/drop them to and from your active roster and NBDL (inactive) roster up to a maximum of 100 games played per rookie. Meaning, you can do as you please with your rookies for 100 games. But once your rookies have played more than 100 games, then they need to be in your active roster and once you drop them, any manager can get them. Leej, Someone is NBDL-eligible if he has not more than 100 games played based on his Yahoo player profile.So even if you do not include Kemba in your K10, he will still be in your farm and you will retain his rights until after he has played more than 100 games.
