for the past 3 years ginagamet ko ung sketchers na leather shoes... sobrang comportable nya. un nga lang phase out na yata. 1 year na ako naghahanap kasi gusto ko ng isa pa pero d ko na ulet nakita sa mga stores ng sketchers or shelves ng department store.

meron akong Dr. Martens 6-hole boots na pwede na bumoto sa katandaan (bought in 2004). sole is very durable (moderate use, pero pinangsusugod sa ulan at mababaw na tubig (up to ankle high na tubig)). leather had scratches and creases pero buo pa at presentable (hindi shiny yung leather nya, kaya mas matibay sa mga kaskas). pinatingin ko sa Marikina at sabi kelangan lang daw irecondition yung leather saka palitan yung piping sa edges. still have many years to go daw. excellent buy at nasulit ko, bulky lang at mabigat. kung bibili daw maghanap nung made in England, yun daw ang matibay.

for the reasonably affordable pero quality na office/everyday shoe i buy East Rock brand. comfy, some nice designs, real leather, good quality na kaya ng bulsa.

yung mga synthetic leather madaling masira or magbakbak, kahit branded/designer.
