BrightestStar
Till about 3 years from now, the battle for supremacy seems to be still between Federer and Nadal. When can the Philippines have tennis stars again? Quote Link to comment
JackEndRoll
Sharapova won the French Open Ladies Title. Cecil Mamiit was there in her Player's Box and in the awarding ceremonies, she mentioned him as a new member of her team. Congrats Cecil. BTW, Cecil was formerly a hitting partner of Boris Becker. JackEndRoll
Nadal just won his 7th French Open over Djokovic. Definitely, the best clay court tennis player ever. Quote Link to comment

SaintPeter5858
Gone are the days when we still had Felix Abarrientos Quote Link to comment
wendy testicleger
San Pedro, it's Felix Barrientos Quote Link to comment
JackEndRoll
Felix Barrientos is good and even made it in World Top 6 Junior Players. But that's the highest he ever made. After his junior years, he did not progress much in the professional level. Unfortunately at that level he is not at par with the world's top players. Quote Link to comment
JackEndRoll
Johnny Arcilla beat Jeson Patrombon last Saturday 6-2, 6-3 at La Consolacion Tennis Club, BF Paranaque. This proves who is really No 1 in homegrown Philippines tennis players. Quote Link to comment
JackEndRoll
Its Wimbledon time. Unfortunately for Nadal fans, he was beaten in the 2nd round by 100 ranked Rosol. Federer just squeaked by Julien Benneteau in 5 sets in the 3rd round. So there wont be a Federer - Nadal finals this time. Quote Link to comment
