dragon1231
I hope the dreams and confidence of kids are not dashed due to the class sizes, and some will move to higher levels of education and productive positions in their communities. Quote Link to comment
Journeyman6
UP was established to produce the ones who will govern the land. PNU was established to produce the educators of the land. PUP was established to produce the technical aspect of the society. at least was the plan... There are many SUC's that are at par with their more expensive college and university counterparts. However, due to funding cuts and bastardization of the educational system, SUC's resorted to more part time teachers. Being part time is not bad if the said part timers bring with them their full potential in each class but then again most of the things I saw and stories, I heard is that they usually arrived tired or late that is why the quality of teaching suffers. Remember that most of the part timers are teaching in UP, Ateneo and DLSU and other good schools in and around the Metro. Sometimes I wonder if UP is still a public school hahaha!
