Barangay Ginebra Kings

With Gary David signing up for SMB, this opens up rumors of San Miguel letting go of Lutz or Tubid, even both.

I think IMHO, they will just put someone in the Reserve list. I think they will use Gary as a trade bait for the upcoming draft to teams that needed a scorer and better veteran leader like Mahindra and BW.

Mas gamit pa c tubid since mei defense sya tska ng hhustle tlga. Bonus nalang un points nya. They also have ryan arana. Kaya wla playing time c lutz. Tingin ko rin sya papakawalan ng smb nyan. Andami nila ngyn sa 2 guard position

nice question chief coz we lost bigtime to alaska and TnT...though nakabawi naman sa smb. How will the pba resolve this? Top 2 automatic, last 2 sa quarters?

i think quotient system na eto. since wla ng playoff to determine the rankings. since we lost to TNT and alaska w might end up sa 3rd spot. but that's me guessing

If Alaska, SMB, TNT and Ginebra ends up at 7-4 sino yung may hawak na tie break ?

Quotient system-wise:

We beat San Miguel by 26 points, so that places us at +26.

San Miguel beat Alaska by 20 on March 16, so they are at + 20.

Alaska beat us by 6 points on March 9, so we're -6.

So, computation wise:

Ginebra: +26 - 6 = +20.

San Miguel: +20 - 26 = -6.

Alaska: -20 + 6 = -14.

In case of a three way tie at second place, we win. So thank you San Miguel for giving us a blow out victory.

So hindi applicable yung win over the other rule nyan

If ever, is there a chance for TnT to join these three teams? Natalo din kasi tayo ng malaki against TnT.

if this is accurate, then it is a must win on Wednesday and hope Alaska loses to NLEX

any chance TnT would join these three, if ever? Natalo kasi tayo sa TnT by a huge margin.

Actually, Alaska must win and SMB must lose. MUST win din tayo vs Meralco.

If that happens, it's a 5 way tie at 2nd place: ROS, TNT, SMB, Alaska, and Ginebra. If that happens, playoff between TNT and Ginebra for the 2nd spot since the quotient system only applies to ranks 3 to 7.

If Alaska loses, automatic 6th place sila.

Marami pa palang pwedeng mangyari. Bottom line is ginebra must win.

Just check the standings and ang pinaka clincher pala talaga is yung final game ng SMB vs TnT

Kung mananalo sila, 8-3 na sila

Kung matalo man natin ang meralco, 8-3 din

so magiging lock ang SMB at Meralco sa 1 and 2
