Me on my roadbike a few years back. It really helps. Pero mahal. Yung initial cost of fitting ko is around 5k.

Yung mas masakit eh yung nagastos ko para palitan sizes ng bar, stem, saddle, pedal clip extension, etc.

Had a bike fit years ago.  Sulit!  Natanggal aches and ngalay points sa katawan na lumalabas after an hour or so of riding.  After the fit, kahit 4 hours biking walang issues.
