Doon yung mga party spots like Flotsam and Jetsam, etc. But if you want relaxation and privacy, go to further north ng San Juan nearing Bacnotan. Madaming resorts doon na mas tahimik. If you want a quieter place to go to, I suggest not to go to LU. But if you are up to parties and some happy moments, flotsam is the go to place. Also, if you are part of the LGBT+ community, I've heard they opened up a new bar for them. Quote Link to comment
