The most effective I know and always kong nirerecommend to my friends and family ay to simply go cold turkey. Kasi kung adik ka sa yosi at nagvape ka, maaadik ka lang sa vape, edi balik ka ulit sa loop from "how do I quit smoking" to "how do I quit vaping" Quote Link to comment

Currently, I did cold turkey at 5 months na akong vape free. Medyo malabo pero in my opinion depende talaga sa motivation mo, medyo mainitin ulo ko nung first month pero after that wala pa rin cravings hanggang ngayon, tsaka medyo forgive niyo yung hand to mouth sensations niyo mapapalakas ka talaga sa snacks kapag nag quit ka haha Edited July 28, 2025 by Akronjames23 Quote Link to comment
