I told and encouraged a colleague today to submit her resignation letter. I've been keeping it inside me since last week. Our manager, who's been wanting to kick her out, is planning to talk to her this week and tell her that she's not in for a second panel interview. I know how this works. The minute he gets to tell her that she's not in, that will be her last day too. I just don't want her to be caught off guard.
