I use Falken Ziex. Even if madali mapudpod, very reliable and good wet traction even if kalbo na. Cons - expensive

Yokohama - ok naman sila maski local. I would prefer the local yokohama than the imported ones since the local are engineered to the philippine climate.

Bridgestones - one of the good daily drivers and long lasting. Stock tires sometimes aquaplane.

Nexen - these are really good economy tires. Tried these before and can doo great speed without blowing up. :)

Michelin - ok naman but sometimes noisy on the road. Prone to deformity if you left your vehicle flat for a while.

These are the tires that I've tried.

I have seen & used all types.

Dunlop - inexpensive, fairly quiet, wears well

Pirelli & Michelin - excellent

Westlake - has improved a lot

Durun - inexpensive and durable, a bit noisy

Bridgestone - second to Michelin

Yokohama - next to Bridgestone

China made tires have improved really.

Just make sure you replace after 4 years.

sorry kung naging O.T. ang inquiry ko...but for the report..upon replacing sa shock..pagcheck namin sa gulong, naging oblong/may umbok na..kaya pala may naririnig akong langitngit eh tumatama na pala yung gulong sa shocks ko kasi oblong/may umbok na talaga..chineck narin namin lahat ng gulong ,ung sa harapan eh may nakalabas na wire/thread,..ung iba may crack/hiwa na and sa review ng gulong 12yrs old na yung gulong(DOT 14)..bihira kasi gamitin yung kotse.once a week lang ginagamit kasi ..kaya nung last na gamit namin eh nagpabomba/pahangin ng gulong at 40psi...almost 6 months kasi di nagpabomba..nung kala ko masyado malambot .yun pala required lang is 30psi. kaya after a week namin ginamit eh namaga na yung gulong at dahil narin sa kalumaan eh bumigay na talaga...so napilitan ako bumili ng bago..sad to say kinapos ako sa budget...so na-avail ko tuloy NANKANG tires...maid in taiwwan...Old tires ko before is Tornado maid in indonesia....size ng tires ko is 205/40/17..

ok naman na..nagamit ko na siya twice...kaso di ko pa tested sa wet road since no rain this month...back to normal naman na gamit/andar ng kotse...

yung ibang brand kasi ...wla available for the size ng gulong ko so either sporttrack or sailun(2.5K) which is china made or nankang...which is around 3k each..dot 15 naman...kaya for the mean time eh I choose nankang......

dapat talga di sobra sa hangin at talaga bang naluluma rin gulong or for regular maintenance is 5 to 6yrs bago magpalit ulit ng gulong??

I've only used Nankang NS2 185/55 r17 on my honda civic. Came bundled with the mags I've purchased 4 years ago.

It is noisy at highway speeds (100+kph, under 85 it's quite fine) when the road isn't perfect asphalt. On wet surfaces, it doesn't grip as well, and can be coaxed to do wheelspins, which may be a good or a bad thing, depending on what you want and the situation. On dry surfaces, they are great, but I would not mistake them for being the best. I had tested them in speeds exceeding 180 KMpH and they are still stable at those speeds. The tires are durable, I'd say they still have a lot of life left after 30kKM, but due to improper wheel allignment, the sides are mostly used up, while the center still looks new. As a bonus, the thread looks good when driving over gravel.

I've been wanting to know what to replace them with, since tires my size are rare, and even I see one, they are out of my budget at Php 7-12k each. Nankang is around 4k per piece, so I might buy them again due to acceptable performance.
