How does Globe or Smart compare to Sun?[/q before i was using globe then smart then sun.now im using back again smart and globe.y?kahit pano may result which di ka maghihintay na matagal di tulad sa sun mabwibwisit ka lng sa sobra tagal sa kakahintay na walang resulta.dapat mismo ka tatawag o puntahan s shop nila tsaka sila gagawa report sa system nila.if you give up sori ka,the best is gawa na lng complaint letter wat happen then forward to DTI and NTC if still no response request for mediation at DTI,NTC na bahala sa kanila.once call for sched from system nila base mga tao nakausap niyo lahat papapuntahin pati sa billing at mga higher position at dun hassle sa kanila dahil audit na sa kanila at misan tanggal sila sa trabaho. Me and my brother argued about replacing our Sun Broadband with something else because we are only getting 50-100kbps on peak times. jopok Posted September 15, 2011 Share Posted September 15, 2011 i bought those 40php sun sims,i did not use it agad kasi for emergency kako,besides the expiry of the sim is until nov.29,kanina nakalimutan ko ung phone ko sa bahay,so i use yung phone nasa spare ko sa car,when i inserted the sim,faiked ang registration,punta ako sun shop,ask ako bakit ganun,aba,di daw nila maayos yun,at ako pa sinisi,di ko daw agad kasi ginamit,,ah tado sila ah!!! akiraeva16 Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 Been a subscriber of sun plan 799 for more than a year kaso ang poor talaga ng service nila, there was a time na one whole month ko hindi nagamit yun broadband and when i asked for a rebate they did not say anything about it till now, it has been 5 months ago. Fiz Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 Just a comment on the Sun + PLDT merger.  Business-wise we are saying goodbye to Sun. Dati Smart(Main) and Sun(back-up). The consideration in our business is critical infrastructure umbrella. Delikado pag iisa infrastructure ng main at back-up, so bye-bye Sun. Ngayon we already have Globe and even Bayantel. And from our experience mas mabilis ang Globe at Bayantel kaysa sa Smart-Sun. Quote Link to comment

Monseratti Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 wireless broadband service sucks!  poor signal na poor customer service pa! went to the one sa may sm north, waited in line for 30 mins. only to be told that ganyan talaga sir paminsan. had mine for 2 months na, cant even view and reply emails for work! talked to a customer service staff, medyo pabalang sumagot, asked for the supervisor/manager, mas grabe pa pala sya!  WTF!!!! thanks to mtc for this opportunity to vent out my %$#^!
