Eddy Syet
Still USA. With my man, Jason Kidd, in the line-up anew... I'd bet the US team will take the gold in Beijing! :thumbsupsmiley: The reason why US suffered several loses the past few years is that they did not send the best players they have and they don't have the commitment they are showing now. The world's catching up with Team USA, but I believe that 2008 will be the year they'll reclaim the basketball throne. Quote Link to comment
silver41surfer
croatia yun, yung kinalaban nila ang dream team sa gold medal game OK... i stand corrected.. that was the time when kukoc was the best player in Europe? aty?? Quote Link to comment
amante
though, the US has the most entertaining games ever...i think, the former Republic of Yugoslavia takes the cake on this one. Quote Link to comment

Guest airmax
OK... i stand corrected.. that was the time when kukoc was the best player in Europe? aty?? I remember that game where Jordan and Pippen limited Kukoc to just 4 points. At that time, asar sila kay Toni Kukoc kasi inofferan ng mas malaki ito ni Jerry Krausse. Si Pippen kasi at that underpaid as a player. Quote Link to comment

bryanfury
Phils. syempre, love your own, height lang kulang natin. hehe. But really now, no questions, hands down, USA STILL REIGNS.Yes the rest of the world is catching up, but until they produce the likes of Chamberlain, Erving, Magic, Bird, Jordan, Kobe, Lebron and Anthony, i doubt they will catch-up. Teamwork is relative.QUESTION: With all the factors right now and after seeing legends in basketball, how come no other country produces talents in the caliber of Kobe, Lebron and Anthony?Until then USA will remain no. 1 in basketball.
