i usually take a cab going to and from work... P140-P160 one way

 

but sometimes, going home i take the MRT (P12) then FX (P20) or jeep (P11).

Hindi bababa ng 30 pesos one way.

Kung hindi ako overtime, ang pamasahe ko ngayon papuntang trabaho ay PhP34 lang...both ways. So PhP17 lang kung tutuusin.

 

Pero kung mahaba ang oras ko at pupwede ko naman lakarin sa isa sa mga stops ng byahe ko, PhP lang dapat ang aabutin ng balikan

jeep to 20th ave. - 20.00

jeep to eastwood - 7.00

 

Going home

 

jeep to cubao - 10.00

shuttle to rizal - 45.00

 

in total = more or less 100.00

 

Working in Ortigas

 

I would say 200.00 (back and forth - cab ride included)

parking: 100 (makati... boooo...)

From my place to my office and vice versa, 0. I just walk. :)They're just few blocks apart so I take it as an opportunity to exercise. I also get to save money.

56 pesos per day budget ko sa pag-commute.

If I take Route #1 = 20 pesos plus a walk, times two, 40 pesos.

 

If I take Route #2 = 26 pesos going to the office, and 28 pesos going home. Equals to 54 pesos.

If I take the MRT, the trip back and forth costs roughly PHP 110. Sadly I usually over-spend here due to those MRT blockbuster lines.

My travel time is 10 minutes or less actually. Used to work in Makati, and my fare from QC to Buendia and vise versa's around 80 for a day.
