Kahit naging optional na lang yung ROTC during my college days. Ito pa din kinuha ko _ feeling ko kasi walang silbi ako pag hindi ito kinuha ko. Hehe

for me its better to return the program for discipline...

 

but there should be check and control of the managing of the program... dito naman ang problema eh... ndi sa PROGRAMA NG ROTC...

petiks naman rotc namen noon. Nakabilad ka sa araw, pero may kabuluhan. Disiplina at teamwork. Pag tag-ulan, sarap magharutan sa putikan. Pero on a serious note, come the time na magkagulo sa bansa (wag naman sana) every citizen will be needed to be conscripted and serve the country and defend the liberty.
