Google
Good Eve mga Sirs, Just wanted to ask sir kung anu maganda recommendation for PC kung for Viewing purposes lng naman? Naka android lolipop yung Smart TV ko, but at times d sya ganoon ka bilis ang response, kya naisip ko po bumuo ulit ng rig, and dedicate it to my smart TV, but i'm just considering for viewing lng sya and a little bit of games (Dota 2) and to check my office e-mails. I was thinking if I should go Intel Rather than AMD since I'm not using it for games that much... Budget would be 10k -12k only (reason is I already have a PSU Cougar 650 watts & casing too)... I'm looking at a I3 Halwell processor but that might be a bit pricey thou... Hope to hear some insights and recommendation from you sir, TIA Cheers! AMD is cheaper than Intel, imho.... so by all means, this would be your option.Add around 4 GB RAM, and 1TB DASD...Kasya yang 12k. Ako nag upgrade early this year to AMD A8 (equivalent of Intel i5), with new mobo, new power supply, 8 GB RAM and gaming keyboard/mouse. Inabot lang ng 12k.Tapos later na lang ako nag upgrade ng video card and audio card tsaka monitor..you can reuse your existing DASD and casing, imho. sa akin, bulok na yung casing eh. You could opt for the Intel G3250 series its cheap ..if still in doubt with AMD.its not alway about i3 i5 i7 or 3rd gen 4th gen 5th gen. NOT all games is multi threaded anyway. =/ Quote Link to comment

heartburns
Additional tip if you are going for AMD follow the 2 channel rule for the Memory. 2x4GB is better than 8GB Memory. Another thing about AMD is prepared ka dapat for the higher electricity consumption. Quote Link to comment

Another thing about AMD is prepared ka dapat for the higher electricity consumption.yes... as they say.... mas maganda ang 2 channel rule for RAM sa AMD...on the higher electricity consumption, partly correct, but quite insignificant if you would be using your unit for less than 4 hours/day. DonJuancho
Try thermaltake, that's my mouse at the moment. Pair it with a good mousepad para silky smooth ang headshots. Quote Link to comment

thepressurebomber
If AMD platform, I always recommend these parts for affordability and performance: Processor: AMD A8-7600Motherboard: any FM2+ motherboard would do, but I recommend buying a well-known brandRam: 4x2 Gb 1600Mhz minumumHDD: Toshiba 1-2TBPSU: 500 watts PSUMonitor: I recommend 1080p, but 1600x900 is perfectly acceptable for budget builds. Note that the integrated graphics here is sufficient to play most games at lower resolution. If just for viewing purposes, you can use 2x2 GB ram, and lower HDD capacity, even the PSU from the case is acceptable, but not recommended. Quote Link to comment
bruisely
Good day sirs,Question lang po... These past few months pag nagshshutdown ako ng pc, hindi namamatay yung green LED light kya kelangan ko pa i hard-shutdown (long press) pra mawala ang ilaw.Ano po ba problema nito, motherboard, psu, or wiring? So far wala naman major side effects pero natatakot ako na bka masira sya in the long run. Sinubukan ko na po i-reset yung wirings sa motherboard pero same pa rin nangyayari. Bought my pc few years ago.. I have a Sabertooth P67, Pentium i5, 16gb memory, thermaltake PSU 600Watts, and Asus gtx 960 (upgraded from gtx560 last week lang dahil nasira, white stripes sa bios) Quote Link to comment
