True, Japan is good but Korea has plus points too.

In my experience, I was able to get around in Seoul na naka taxi and ride hailing lang. You cant really do that in Japan, ubos pera mo. Plus I noticed that more people (especially the younger ones) are more conversant in English. 

The food and coffee culture is really good too.

At least for me, mas maganda Koreans kaysa sa Japanese. They're taller at generally malaki boobs and ass. Japanese women are shorter and a bit more flat.
