At this time North Korea is probably the last country I'd like to visit. Other countries I have no intention of ever visiting are Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq.

Songdo is a university-business district. Better head to Incheon. The anmabangs are usually beside police stations and government offices. You wouldn't miss them. You need to be able to speak some Korean though.
