i used to consume at least 4 espresso shots per day. usually a tall latte with extra shot in the morning and a doppio espresso after lunch. if i go out a night that i would normally consume a doppio before i sleep.

 

but i've read that coffee increases the production of LDL in the blood stream so right now i'm cutting down on the reading... hhehehehe...

 

seriously, i cut down to 2 shots of espresso per day. but i want to cut down further kaya lang mahirap na talaga....
