i don't count anymore but water is pretty much what i only drink nowadays so i guess i'm doing fine. but definitely i drink more than 8 glasses a day

 

the best way to check if you're hydrated is to check the color of your pee. if it's clear it means you're well hydrated and good to go. if it's not, you have less than the desired amount of water inside of you and you have to replenish it
