Definitely passion. Doesnt matter kung high payong job tapos toxic na toxic kana.

Comrades do a self examination and find out which of your passions can earn good money for you. Then try to get a job you're passionate about . You cant live without money but then money cant buy fulfillment .

The main challenge at a young age is you have more difficulty how to earn unless you are into sports or IT.
