Flash Sentry
Yes, please discuss the alleged HR violations in call centers, to enlighten us. I'm new to the call center, so it would help to know what are those and how we could also assert our rights. Quote Link to comment

orionpax
I was part of a Change Management adhoc commitee for a client that ive worked with (Call Center)...as a 3rd party consultant, i have to be "neutral" even if these foreign call center execs deserve a kicking in the butt...there are a lot of issues with regards to the principals' (Foreign Manteam) policies in hiring & firing...a lot of agents' rights are being stepped on..including benefits..."sindakan" lang talaga... major issues include the "immediate" firing of employees without documented "evidence" or affidavits..some call center execs fire agents based on pure hearsay this is just one..there are a lot of agents out there that are helpless coz call centers are just new in the country...the small call centers dont even have a clear cut policy on HR issues Yes, please discuss the alleged HR violations in call centers, to enlighten us.
