I prefer Las Piñas - Parañaque - Alabang.

Mahirap kapag sabay sabay unless established brand ka na tapos isang malaking puwesto agad kukunin mo. I haven't seen anything offering all 4 of the products you mentioned. The closest would be sa mga mall na may supplies and grooming. #1 (supplies) might be the best way to go.

Kung mag #2 ka kaagad (grooming) you need more skilled employees which would add to your overhead. At least for supplies your staff should just know how to sell ethically and they should know the products kahit papaano.

Once #1 is established, you could try talking to your customers and find out what they're looking for in terms of #2.

#3 sounds kind of risky because you're already venturing into the dining industry, which can be brutal. A lot of pet cafes from the past 5 years are gone.

#4 might be the riskiest, you would need well trained staff and facilities, mahirap if manakawan kayo

You're welcome hehe ok naman iyong ginagawang business ang hilig. Natututunan naman iyong mga strategic at operational side. Pero nakakabaliw kung mag isa ka, mas ok kung may kasosyo ka o kaya tauhan na marunong sa mga aspeto na iyon. Kailangan makaandar iyong business kahit wala ka, otherwise, glorified self-employed ang epekto...

You could start small. Hanap muna suppliers na mura. Try visiting other pet shops muna, then learn from their items like ano mga stocks nila etc. Next is mga pet groomers, alamin mo muna how much sila per day or if commission basis ba sila. And lastly, location. I would look for places like madaming condos which allows pets in the condos, like dito sa Greenfield Shaw allows pets, pero may 2 pet shop na kasi dito, ung isa halos araw araw punuan ang grooming nila. So I guess these are the important notes that you should consider first.

Pwede din naman online. Pero dapat meron ka items na wala sa Shopee because mas accessible sila and mas madaming choices. Ang laban mo kasi sa mga pet shops are grooming e. Problem sa mga condos are medyo mahal ang commercial space nila . You can try nearby area na mas mura cguro.
