1st stock: CREIT, currently the best performing REIT

>Trading at 43% below its fair value

yes MP2 din safe ang pera mo; digibanks kung matiyaga ka; although lately hirap na magtiwala dahil may mga nawawalan ng pera (also poor support from these banks). Pinaka safe route pa din time deposit, lock nga lang pera mo ng 5 yrs pero at least may peace of mind.
