Topic says fight, so that's hand to hand combat, and visual analysis of proficiency goes to Jason Bourne.

 

But if it's a competition of agent skills, Bond might win in infiltration. But, again, the lore puts Jason Bourne ahead.

 

Bond is clever and charming, but isn't particularly smart or well trained. He'd be better at blending in with the upper class, but hasn't shown skills in developing an asset beyond banging chicks.

Agree with roninblade that they have different functions, despite both being written and designed by the writers to be the ultimate.

 

Right now Bourne wins. He wins until the new Bond movies show us something new. Both are fun though and I hope they make more movies.
