Dr Love
Just a correction. Whether your working in government or in the private sector, you can be a Pag-ibig member. Actually, its now mandatory for all working employees regardless whether regular or not unless there is no employee - employer relationship. Its the social security area where the private sector has SSS and government has GSIS. Answer is Yes. Automatic na magde-deduct ang company nyo kung regular employee ka. remember Private Company ay PAG-Ibig. Ang mga government company ay GSIS. Quote Link to comment

pedrupenduku
Mag kano usually ang current interest rate nang pag ibig sa housing loan. Pag 15 years to pay tapos 3 million ang uutangin. can you really borrow 3million from pag-ibig? I thought the max is only 2M and it depends on your contribution and salary if you are capable to pay the MA. just a thought. Quote Link to comment
