Workout Soundtrack

Pre-workout/during warmups: Haka, Two Steps from Hell, Movie Soundtracks (for energy surge)

Major muscle: Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Benny Benassi, mostly Trance/House (to keep the blood flowing)

Minor muscle: 2Pac, Dre, 50 Cent, mostly rap & hip-hop (to maintain rhythm)

 

If hitting the wall/losing focus: Freekn You (Jodeci), Pony (Ginuwine), R&B which are basically baby-making music (a self-reminder to keep going: for the goal... to look good naked;)
