Gwen Morales Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 If I really need to fall asleep for I have an early thing tomorrow that needs full energy, I take CETIZIRINE, it is an OTC --- 2 hours prior mag sleep. It is anti allergy drug and has dozing effect. It wont give any harm, yun lang aantukin ka ng bongga so do not take this if you will drive or you need to be awake for it will really made you fall asleep. Btw, this is OTC and afaik, even taken in numerous quantity and often, it has no known side effects. I suffered Insomnia --- until I finally admitted to myself, I am just really a night owl so I do not need to struggle to keep myself sleep when I still dont feel sleepy. Quote Link to comment
