r35gtr
1) Magbasa ng boring na libro 2) Manood ng boring na palabas 3) Mag shot ng vodka- o 2 boteng Red Horse 4) Mag masturbate (para mapagod) 5) Makipag sex Pag stressed talaga I resort to Pharmaceutical remedies. 1. May nabibili sa mga suking Supplement shops ang pangalan niya ay "Unisom" one tablet siguradong tulog 2. Kung may access ka sa Valium go for it 3. may Benadryl, yung maliit na 50mg, eto nakakaantok Quote Link to comment
GetTestedPH
Magnesium supplements will help. but not to make you fall asleep quicker.. rather to give you a deeper sleep. You reach delta phase faster helpful sa insomniacs that have very short sleep cycles Quote Link to comment

temurlenk
This is usually related to stress and diet. Stop worrying too much and avoid eating sweets and coffee before going to bed. Other ways are, talk to yourself (monologue), talk to someone if you are depressed or need to "let it out", if you believe in God, pray. Quote Link to comment

camus
Eto serious answer... 1. Have a bedroom only for sleeping. If you do a lot of activities on your bed, watch tv, read a book, etc. your brain can get confused. You can still do all of that but do it in another room. You want to train and condition your brain that your bedroom is only for sleeping. As soon as you enter your bedroom, that's the signal that it's time to sleep and nothing else. 2. if you have trouble sleeping at night, then don't take nap during the day. Kahit Antok ka Tiis mo, para Sarap Tulog sa gabi. 3. Go to bed at the right time, the same time each day. Wake up same time each day. Again, this is training and conditioning for your brain. Sorry to call center agents, the right time to sleep is at night, more or less 10pm to 6am (8hours). Humans are not nocturnal animals, we are not built that way. 4. Obviously, Stop taking stimulants. Coffee, tea, Coke contain caffeine. Tobacco has nicotine. Some smokers will say a cigarette relaxes them. Not it doesn't, the "relaxation" is only psychological. Nicotine is a stimulant. Sa tagal ko sa CC yung kakulangan ng tamang pahinga at tulog ang dumadale sa resistensya ng tao - mas nagiging sakitin sila bec of this. Sa gabi talaga dapat napapahinga ang katawan hindi sa araw.
