camus
So many bad schools. Don't know which is worst. If more than half of your graduates can't pass the board or bar exams, then you are useless as a school, the degrees you gave to your students are worthless. Your ched accreditation should be revoked. You are wasting the hard earned money of the parents. Quote Link to comment
MrSniper88
Nasa estudyante naman siguro.. At syempre sa teacher. For example in UP there are a lot of terror na teachers na di conducive sa pag aaral ng mga estudyante yung way of teaching. But anyways my HS classmates in our province sometimes talk about their prof na di nagtuturo. Pinapa submit lang sila ng group projects. And my cousin who graduated from AMA na naka 5 take na ng civil service di pa rin pumapasa at 3 take ng ECE board di pa din pumapasa. I don't know who's to blame kung yung school o yung IQ ng pinsan ko. Yung kapatid naman nya ng taga perpetual isang take lang sa civil service pumasa agad, but i heard from someone na di nagbabagsak ng estudyante yung perpetual kahit na failing dapat yung grades ng estudyante. So there is no worst school, only worst students or teachers or school management. Quote Link to comment
Vocare Ad Regnum
I refuse to believe na ang success eh mainly nasa student. THe grim reality is that malaki ang factorkung saan ka nag-graduate. SOme employers would even prefer an ordinary graduate of a highly reputable school than a cum laude sa isang less reputable school. Attitude at skill ba kamo? Pano mo mapapakita yung pinagmamalaki mong "attitude" at"skill" kung hindi ka naman mabibigyan ng chance to show it kasi employers are opting to hiregraduates of more reputable schools. Kaya malaking factor na mataas ang reputationng school mo. Edited July 28, 2016 by Vocare Ad Regnum Quote Link to comment
blue+george
if you want to learn, no school can stop you. keep asking, find out your answers. simple questions can lead to an investigation of a lifetime. learners keep striving for knowledge. so your quest for knowledge should be the things that you love or your life long aspirations. there are no worst school, just stupid, lazy and lousy students like myself hahaha Quote Link to comment

rontan2014
Private schools/colleges/institutes/universities that just recently granted a CHEd certification are already suspect.Mas maganda mag-aral ka dun sa mga kilalang colleges/universities na sobra na ng 50 years. Ang pinaka-ideal magaral ka sa mga CHEd Autonomous Universities. Why you need to graduate from a reputable institution?1. Rigorous training and discipline. Hinid nabibili ang grado.2. Employability sa mga multinational companies.3. Alumni network. Better positioned for management jobs. Quote Link to comment
turdmaggot
Benilde, based sa dumbass, pretentious and asskissing graduates nila i encountered sa work Probably can't afford the tuition fee, huh? This college's graduates have good communication skills, and they're not easily intimidated. Don't generalize. I think you're just insecure. Most benilde graduates are well-off so it's not actually "ass-kissing" when they talk comfortably with the bosses. Also, please enlighten me about this "ass-kissing" that you speak of? JeanLucPicard
Noong nag-aaral pa ako ha, AMA Makati. Yung last sem classmate mo, next sem prof mo na (new grad).Ewan ko lang ngayon. I'm not disparaging the prof, matalino naman talaga at dean's lister pero di ba dapat may x# of years kang experience at certifications bago ka dapat magturo sa college? Quote Link to comment

I'm not disparaging the prof, matalino naman talaga at dean's lister pero di ba dapat may x# of years kang experience at certifications bago ka dapat magturo sa college? That's the requirement 20 years ago. At least 3 years of industry practice. Then if you finished college at least Cum Laude, the school may invite you to teach in college. Now, beginning about 2005 or 2006, colleges (especially the top ones like Ateneo, UP, UST and DLSU - the Big 4) require only a Master's Degree that you obtained from those schools or from 1st world countries like USA, France, Germany, Canada, etc. I have been teaching in these schools for about 10 years now. Just for fun. They usually discriminate against non- Big 4 schools. Grabe sa Pinas! Quote Link to comment
