KyleMyth
What are some niche tips and tricks not commonly known amongst beginners? Quote Link to comment
demoNized fRED
-do not underestimateĀ level 1 trails -a level 1 trail can easily become level 3-4 pag inabutan ka ng ulan sa hike -wear pants and long sleves for protection from irritants (ex.talahib sa trail) -learn to crab walk going down during steep inclined trails -bring/wear gloves(yung simpleng pang construction gloves pwede na) -expect to get dirty -eat only a light meal before a starting the trek (mahirap mag hike ng busog) -bring as much water as u can carry Quote Link to comment

Wag ka papapressure sa mga kasama mo since either mapapagod ka or mabibigla katawan mo.Ā Proper breathing din wag ka hakbang ng hakbang lalo na sa assault. If you need a breather, let your guide know. Pocari or Gatorade is better than just water since this will prevent cramps. Or pwede din naman Water + dala ka ng iodized Salt at saging. SUNSCREEN all caps. Don't bring everything. Kadalasan ginagawa ko pag minor hike lang is may dala akong malaking bag para sa pamalit kong damit then I have smaller bag inside that I will bring sa trail na ang laman lang is trail food, powerbank, first aid kit, and other things needed like poncho, headlight etc. Quote Link to comment
