    Ang hirap maghanap dito sa East ng dinescribe mo boss. Yung Legit Massage pa lang hit or miss palagi. But if you have some suggestions pa-share na rin hehehe. I tried the already suggested Legit Spas sa Marikina/Pasig/Cainta/Antipolo. Hit or miss talaga. Or sobrang malas lang talaga sa thera. All good. The exploration continues!

    Perstaym inatake ng gout, perstaym din na need tignan ang uric levels. Masakit pala talaga. Need na mag moderate ng kain.. Hirap ng tumatanda.. Unang pinaiwas matataba dahil sa cholesterol.. alternative ko offals tapos naman uric ang tumaas.. yoko na ng maintenance meds. kawawa na kidney at liver ko.

    "Asal mukha" (Kumilos ayon sa face value) I coined this before kasi may classmate kaming hindi kagandahan pero siya pa yung maldita. To try and skirt insulting her directly, I phrased it this way. Good thing she wasn't too smart as well.
