First step you need to admit that your becoming addicted or addicted already to gambling and you have a problem. Having admitted that, you need to ask yourself what you need to do to stop. Talk to someone who can help you. Let it out. Find other activities you can divert your attention to. Casino wont do you any good. I've seen many people loose their lifetime work in few days in casino. Its not worth it. dont bring too much cash when going out. that way you wont be tempted and if you do, at least you dont have enough money to spend in a casino. Quote Link to comment

It got to the point where I would spend my entire paycheck in one night, and stay until it was time to go to work the next day and call in sick cause I was so puyat. I haven't been for awhile. BAN yourself in the CASINO - submit a picture to PAGCOR on purpose so u will not be allowed to get back 3. WAKE UP from the JACKPOT mentality ..... this is the DELUSION of all gamblersLook around anything that u want is derive from HARDWORK ...... NOT from the bet of a CHIP, Not from the ROLL of a DIE, not from the FLIP of a CARD...etc ... This is also where the RELAPSE occurs ..... from the simple need of eating a BIG MAC or Wanting a NEW CAR ......... your GAMBLING mind calculates that ... it takes only a minimum bet to get a BIG MAC....it takes a 24 hits on a roll of bet to amass an amount for a new car.... or a crank of a SLOT MACHINE THERE IS NO 1-HIT SOLUTION ..... and NEITHER GOING BACK TO GAMBLING even in SMALL amounts will..... big and small nilalaro ko dun..
