phidze
Pussyeater, Paypal don't have tie-up with BPI, from what I know they have tie-up with Union Bank. What Paypal need is your credit card (visa or Mastercard will do), It's simple ,quick, safe and It's free (if you paying). I have both paypal and e-2-door account, if you buying from ebay or somewhere accept paypal, use it. e-2-door (still alive and kicking) charge up to 80% of its original value, although it deliver up to your doorstep with no hassle from custom crocs and what so ever, but the downside of e-2-door is it only cater to U.S. online store, while paypal is almost internationally accepted, but some international vendor don't ship to Philippines. Both of them have cons and pro. Quote Link to comment

polarexpress
For me, paypal is only good for ebay. If not for ebay I wouldn't use paypal because of all the hassle. Quote Link to comment
MERCER
yup. paypal is best for ebay, or when sending flowers to/from abroad.. as long as may visa or mastercard written sa card mo, i don't think you'll get any problems. Quote Link to comment

badblizzard
If you want to withdraw funds, you can always use Xoom.deposit nila directly to your Metrobank and BDO account in minutes. That's what I use for the last 2 years. Sayang nga nawala yung payment form nila last year, para direct deposit kagad. Quote Link to comment

bientot
medyo lowtech ako kaya di ako familiar how paypal works kaya baka meron makakapagpaliwanag sa tanong ko: 1) halimbawa na me visa card naman ako, kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ng eon ng unionbank? 2) kung me bibilin ako, syempre my visa card would be charged, what are the charges that would be added to the purchase and by whom, PP ba or ung CC company?
