MrDarkHorn Posted May 24, 2025 Share Posted May 24, 2025 You need to drown(almost) a few times. I remember almost dying a few times, as a kid in pools, lakes and sea. But I just keep going and eventually become a competent swimmer by the time I reach highschool. How to learn to swim as an adult? I don't know, half of it, is really mental by this time. I would say get swimming lesson and practice in salt water. It's actually much easier to swim in salt water vs fresh water and pools. Quote Link to comment
