chessboxin
I only did installment payments on iPhones, mainly because it's such a drag to fork out 50k in one-go. Last installment ko na this month sa iPhone ko and all I can say is that after this, I'll permanently be switching to Android. Wala nang sense mag iPhone kung hindi naman ako nagmmobile games or mahilig mag camera. Instead of shelling out 50k on an iPhone, it's just better to buy a 10K phone, a 25K steam deck and a 15K tablet. Quote Link to comment

Maykeee
there's this joke of some old workmates na they are proud to be taga-london (loan dito, loan doon) then mapait na ngiti... naiintindihan ko na sila ngayon Quote Link to comment
Bigreddot
The only justifiable loan to take as far as i am concerned is a housing loan, be it a house and lot or a lot only since shelter is a necessity plus to me, it is an investment (specially if bought at pre-selling) provided it's from a top tier developer. The property's value can easily triple or quadruple in as fast as 5 years. Quote Link to comment
VivaForever2005
Ideally, Letting somebody you know and trust borrow money from you shouldn't be a problem. However, some people who are asking you to make "utang" to them seem to have the mis-impression that you are giving them the money or make it very difficult for you to collect it from them. martbogard
nakakasira ng pagkakaibigan at tiwala ang di nabayarang utang 😅. Quote Link to comment
Mehdi!
Always try to live within your means and before borrowing money always check your capability to pay. Same will apply to people you lend money to. If you got money that you need to hold on to, don't loan it out. You are just setting yourself up for a battle in the trenches when it is time to collect. Quote Link to comment
chessboxin
Quote Link to comment
