Pero kung Hindi kaya, you can mitigate the effect on your memory/brain capacity by reducing your vices/bad habits. Una sa lahat, -Wag magpuyat; -Drink liquor moderately... wag gabi-gabi; -Wag umasa sa sugar rush whenever na Hindi ka nakakapagisip ng tama o mabilis. Placebo effect lang Yan. Distractions are the worst. -Read a lot even repeat what you read. -Get plenty of sleep -Remove or lessen sugar intake(sugary drinks and food) -Drink black coffee no sugar or drink Green Tea since it helps with concentration.
