harmless0810 Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 june 2010 na high blood ako sa rich fatty foods na madalas kong kainin noon. binawasan ko, ate more fruits & vegetables at madalas long walks ang ginagawa ko kung may chores or gusto kong kumain sa different food spots sa village. ngayon trangkaso twice a year at cough & colds 3 times a year.
