I honestly cant remember, I may have gotten sick once in the last 5 years or so. I never really got sick often when I was young but I remember after taking a booster shot, I didnt get sick when I usually would for a year.

 

However I stopped getting sick when I started hitting the gym and drinking room temperature water instead of cold, got used to it.
