Medyo mabilis ako magkasakit dati, pero nung naka-discover ako ng immune booster na ito naging ok ako. It helped me a lot. I am drinking yung ISOTONIX.

Twice a year (madalas dry cough and/or slight fever)...there was a time nawala boses ko for a day

i get my severe asthma attack about once every 2 years now... other than that, i just keep my inhaler handy in my purse for just in case...

i never get the flu anymore since we have flu shots at work annually...

colds... probably once or twice a year... same with migraines...

For some reasons bihira ako magkasakit kahit na may scurvy ako (siguro dahil sa mga kinakain ko). Pero pag nagkasakit naman ako (parang once every 2-3 years), siguradong matagal.

Depende eh, nagsschedule ako kung kailan pwede magkasakit tapos finfile ko na sick leave ahead of time hahaha
