Since last year, when covid came out, together with sharp discount on almost expired vitamins and supplements.  I have been taking lots of branded vitamins.  Thankfully, I haven't got sick even when vaccinated, although I got sleepy for a few days.

ever since pumutok covid, never ulet ako nagka lagnat/sipon. dati atleast 1x or 2x a year nilalagnat ako. baka nga may kinalaman ung masks at ung pag alcohol lagi ng kamay.
